This drawing was created in 1966 by a man named Doc Conti, a vet who created art under the persona of Lizzie Glotzmier - so he didn’t have to deal with the press (plus he could go to shows and hear people talk about her - always amusing). Most of his art was wild, 3-D shoes with faces, fake UFO pictures and the like. He was very colorful, I’m glad I had the opportunity to meet him.
